Multiple lounge areas provide options for young and old. Cafes, restaurants, shops at your doorstep, within 5 minutes’ walk. Great for families. Plenty of parking for boat/trailer. After a day exploring, relax at the comfort of home with all amenities you need. Nespresso coffee machine, Heston Blumenthal BBQ, Smart TVs, free WIFI. Linen provided. Sorry no pets.

THE AREA
Middle Rock / Lake Cathie beach across the road, lake at end of the street. Great for swimming, fishing, paddling. Middle Rock surf break 3 minutes drive, at end of the street. Woolworths shopping complex within 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Shops include a local local bakery, chemist bottle shop, petrol station, Lake Cathie tavern, Middle Rock Pizza. Andy’s Chinese take-away and Fish and Chips. Port Macquarie Lake Road Industrial area 15 minutes drive, Port Macquarie CBD 20 minutes drive.

OTHER
We cater to couples and small families only. Property not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, hens and bucks parties, large (loud) adults groups.
