Return outdoor furniture , umbrella, and toys to original space.
Roll 2 trash carts to the end of driveway upon your final leaving of the property
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It is imperative to respect the the property boundaries. Do not use neighbor's boat launch, dock, rear boardwalk, or driveway.
Teens and children under the age of 18 are not to be left unattended at the property during your stay. An adult is to be present at all times.
Agreement states "no events". Outside guest visiting renters are not allowed once the total number of people on the property reaches 16!
