The parking is on the street or nearby public parking lot. I was lucky enough to get a free street spot right below my room (room 221.) The building is beautiful. This would be a comfortable room to stay for several days, if need be. There is plenty of common area in the hotel where one can read or work.

Excellent historic hotel located on Lake City main street. Nicely restored rooms with modern decor and amenities. Very clean and fresh rooms, with very comfortable mattress. Great restaurants and brewery are a few steps away.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s updated but still holds the history and age of the building. I love that it’s an access code hotel. Check in was effortless. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. LOVED the extra amenities; especially the towels. It was decently clean besides the heavily dusted fan and vents (I’ve informed someone so it can be cleaned). I was a little turned off by the comforter and the shams on 2/4 pillows I would not sleep on the shams so those pillows weren’t usable. Location is excellent and the rooms have a great views the area seems really safe
