The staff were very friendly and accommodating! However, there’s insufficient parking spots so had to park across the hwy and carry bags and children to room, very inconvenient. Lamp in room was also broken and decor/curtains old and dated. Paid competitive rates for sun standard stay

The family who runs this is very kind and I felt taken care of. I had big plans but fell ill with a flu bug instead.. my dogs were in the car, they were kind about switching rooms. Just really nice people.

Very kind woman at front desk. They had a very sweet dog named rocky. Interacting with the woman and rocky made me very happy 😊 then I really happy again when i saw how deep the tub was.. i didnt see anyone when dropping off my key.. but yall need a plug that fits the tub because it leaks. I would of lived in that bath till the water got cold. Perfect for a night, close to the air port, kind service, and decent price. i would stay there again for a night if i needed.

I didn’t check in till 12:30 am, as my flight was late arriving. Had called when the plane arrived and was assured I was fine to check in late. The front desk woman was very pleasant and friendly. The room was plain, furniture was well loved but was extremely clean. Cleaner than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Every corner, baseboards, and walls etc were spotless. Very impressed and will definitely stay again when flying in and out from Kelowna again. Best $100 Inc tax value around.

The room was clean but slightly outdated. Could us a better bed. ( hard as a rock ). I think the worse thing, and nothing really to do with Lake Coubtry Inn, was the highway noise all night long.
