Nice staff and easy to check in, they gave us a small thank you gift which was sweet. Great size room and bathroom. You do have to pay 20 per adult to use the pool and spa which wasn't made aware of before

Elsinore Hot Springs is one of the few economical Hot Spring hotels you can stay in within the state of CA. The gentleman behind the desk, George I believe his name was is a very gentle soul.

Check in was quick and easy. We had parked in the dirt lot to check in and were given a parking spot in front of our room. Room was warm and musty smelling, my husband said it smelled like cat urine when we first went in. The wall A/C was working double time to try and cool off the room. But at least it worked. The doorframe to the restroom looked like it had been damaged recently and the hit plate wasn’t installed correctly so the door couldn’t be closed correctly. The door to the kitchenette had an issue closing as well. We unfortunately had a family next door and one of the kids kept banging on the wall during the day but luckily they stopped at night. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the spa or other pool amenities. I’d probably book a room here if I needed to in a pinch but I’ll probably try a different place next time.

Overall I could tell the owners were working very hard to make this a great place. It needs some work but I would stay again. Give them a chance I think this place will turn out being an it place!!!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful when approached. I really appreciated this part. The mattresses were poor quality and the shower and outlets could use an upgrade. Our room was clean.

I loved the size of the room it was literally a single unit apt with no stove . I really enjoyed the space of the bathroom and Hot spring. Price was also agreeable. Definitely will return.
