The hotel is very close to the residential area. It has two gas station near by with grocery stores. The bedding needs to be more updated. The insulation needs more improvement. However the hotel itself meets my expectation. Swimming pool and quiet clean.

Second time staying different time, first time was still as good as the second but the first time there was dried pee on the toilet seat and dirty mirror when we first checked in. The second time it was all cleaned like expected although check in was kinda terrible the front desk guy was gone for said 10 minutes on a note but apparently has been gone for a while told by another staying member and it took a good minute before being attended. Amazing stay would definitely come back again.
