Just beyond, the sleek kitchen showcases black cabinetry paired with stone countertops, creating a modern, polished look. The high-top dining table for four offers a casual and stylish spot for meals, game nights, or planning your itinerary.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• As a community pool, availability is subject to community discretion. It is generally available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but can be closed for maintenance, etc. Host shall not be held liable for pool closures.

• Communal laundry facilities on site.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
