Tämä kaunis vuoristokoti sijaitsee kätevästi Big Boulderin ja Jack Frostin hiihtokeskusten välissä Lake Harmony -alueella! Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä yksityiseltä järven Harmony-rannalta. Voit nauttia talvinäköalasta Big Boulderin hiihtoalueelle yksityiseltä takakannelta. Se on 6 makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyammeet, iso perhehuone, jossa on kaunis kivikaasutakka, ja pelihuone, jossa on biljardipöytä, tikka-alusta ja 50 HDTV: tä, jossa on Blue Ray ja streaming-palvelu käytettäväksi Netflix- ja Amazon-tilisi kanssa. Aivan pelihuone on erillinen katettu terassi ja poreallas! Kaikki sopivat hyvin suuriin perhejuhliin. 6 makuuhuoneessa on 2 king-size-makuuhuonetta, 2 queen-size-makuuhuonetta ja 2 erillistä / täyttä kerrossänkyä. Yksi queen-vuoteista on alemmalla tasolla, ja niissä on yhteinen pääsy täyteen kylpyyn, jonka voit tehdä yksityisenä illalla. Pelihuoneessa on lisäksi queen-size-vuodesohva.

Kodin ulkopuolella on tilava kansi, jossa on suuri piknik-pöytä ja weber-kaasugrilli sekä ulkotulipalo. Kotimme on sekä Jack Frost Mt: lle. ja Big Boulder 5-10 min molemmille. Camelback Mt. vain 25 min päässä.

Lake Harmony Estates -hotellissa on yksityinen yhteisön hiekkaranta, jossa on lentopallo. Vuokraan sisältyy pääsy yksityisille tenniskentille. Great winter stay in the Poconos. We traveled with 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids). Had plenty of space for hanging out (two living rooms) and sleeping. Lots of comfy seating.Most importantly Tim and Kathy were excellent hosts. They were communicative leading into our trip and they were very responsive (very quick) for the couple times we needed something during our week.Definitely recommend for a couple families!

Kathy's place was awesome for my large group of friends. It had all the basics which was super helpful, and plenty of storage. The individual heated rooms was really great - everyone could adjust to their preference. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. Having a separate game room where the door could be closed was amazing. And the extra drink fridge was perfect! No need to use the main fridge for any beverages. We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

This vacation home comfortably hosted 13 men for a large friend gathering. When we arrived the home was clean and bright, and felt even bigger in person than from the photos. The deck, fire pit, living room, and game room made for great gathering spaces, and despite our great number we could all eat together in the dining room. Hot tub and pool table were a hit. Between the kitchen and grill we had everything we needed to cook all 8 meals from our stay at home. Kathy was a communicative and helpful host. We would definitely rent here again.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The house was well furnished and had lots of space for our family to spread out. Playing pool, darts, corn hole, and connect 4 kept everyone entertained. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions. The area was also very pretty and there was plenty to do with the lake and local bars and restaurants. I would definitely like to stay here again and would try to book this same house.

Wonderful stay

This was a great property with plenty of room for us our children and grandchildren. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to stay in the Poconos area. Close to all the ski resorts. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Lake Harmony Stay

Great place to stay, entire family enjoyed themselves immensely. Game room was a big hit, wish there was a little more room gor cornhole play, but worked out great. Would definitely recommend to stay at Lake Harmony to anyone.

Wonderful vacation home in a great neighborhood

This was an excellent vacation home for our family/friends. It was clean and well maintained and quite spacious. It's not easy to find homes with this many bedrooms and this one offered it and the space throughout the rest of the home to accommodate. The neighborhood is also really fantastic with close proximity to key things and everything you would need. The owners were also very responsive and helpful both before and throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Didn't think we needed to pack traps and a hammer!

The house is in a nice, wooded neighborhood with deer and other wildlife we even saw a big black bear. The small beach and the lake are very close. We took a walk every day around the neighborhood. And we found plenty of family-friendly activities nearby. The kitchen was stocked, and the furniture was in good shape. However, we did experience several problems the most traumatic was mice. Late Sunday night we saw one running across the kitchen floor. The host assured us it was an isolated situation, just a field mouse. But the next morning we purchased two traps. So, glad we did because we trapped 3 mice in the same area and had to send several emails and pictures before the host took the situation seriously enough to call in a professional pest service. Their slow reaction was very unacceptable and upsetting. The other major problem was a piece of trim with exposed nails. It was around the door of one of the kid's rooms. Again, the host was informed on Sunday, but the handyman did not come until Wednesday. Again, this was a very unacceptable slow reaction to a safety issue. Some of the other concerns... a reaped shower curtain liner; dirty coffee maker; broken freezer door handle; and the floor of the outside trash bin was so full of loose trash that we could not set the trash cans upright. The host had a real opportunity to wow us...but unfortunately, they missed the mark! Due to their slow response time and lack of attention to details.

Good stay for 3 families from 3 different states!

We especially loved the setting and the floor plan. I would give it a rating of 9 out of 10 for our family. The only problems was that the table did not sit 13 people and that there was no other table for puzzles or games. Luckily a late arrival solved that problem bringing another table with him. The bedrooms were great. All 13 people slept in beds. The pool table was greatly enjoyed!! We definitely would rent the house again!

Lots of snow and fun

Three family groups had a fantastic time at this property. This house is so comfortable but we several areas to spread out if needed. Family friday spaghetti dinner was enjoyed around the large dining table followed by a pool competition. We were lucky to get a ton of snow and the property owners were very conscience about clearing the driveway and walkways for us, much appreciated. The winter views from the hot tub are outstanding and we even had fireworks over big boulder to enjoy. We are already planning next year!

Winter Get-away with Friends

Great place! We've rented the Chalet several times and have never been disappointed. The place is clean and well-equipped, with ample space and bedrooms for our crew of 9, including 4 couples. The location is convenient for restaurants and casino's!

Perfect house, size and location

The owner was easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described and well layed out. It was very clean inside and out. We had a group of 6 couples. We each had our own room and there was plenty of space in the dining room, living room and game room. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was close to everything. We definitely highly recommend the house and the host Kathy.
