Tässä kodissa on 2 tilavaa makuuhuonetta ja 1 pelihuone / oma huone, johon mahtuu 8 vierasta, kolme kylpyhuonetta, täysin uusittu keittiö, jossa kaikki tarvitsemasi viihdyttämiseen tai aterian keittämiseen, mahtava olohuone, jossa taulutelevisio ja tilaääni, upea ruokasali-alue, johon mahtuu kuusi, sekä aamiaisbaari, joka istuu kahdessa, kolmas makuuhuone on muutettu pelihuoneeksi, joka sisältää täysikokoisen biljardipöydän, stereot, taulutelevision, oleskelualueen baarituolilla, pöydän ja tuolien sekä queen-koon futon. Siellä on myös täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Tämä talo on 1. 5 mailia Havasun keskustaan ja 2. 5 kilometriä Lontoon siltaan. Siellä on myös valtava takana peitetty terassi, jossa on Bar b Que ja pöytä ja tuolit, puhumattakaan suuresta etupeitteisestä terassista. Erityinen huomautus, autotalli on rajoitettu vieraille. Great Place To Stay

This house is a great place to stay when you visit Lake Havasu City! It's a well maintained, clean house with plenty of room for company. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is very convenient. We were there for two months and loved every minute. We highly recommend this house!

We didn't spend much time at the house other than to eat and sleep, but when we were there, the home worked out perfect for us. We were respectful to the neighbors as things in Havasu can get out of hand. Hope to inquire about a stay in the future.

Great location and price!

The size of the home was perfect... we had family for a few days and there was plenty of room for all of us. This home fit all our needs! The owner was very accommodating, helpful and attentive to our needs! We had lots of room and really enjoyed the "billiard room." Easy location to access everything in Lake Havasu. Not right on the water, but could drive to the bridge or island in no time. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to cook and bake and eat with. The grill was great and there was even an extra LP tank (just in case). There is a washer and dryer, which was handy (unique to us, having it out on the back patio). The neighborhood is quiet and this house was a great place for us to "try out" snowbirding for one month! We loved it!

House was comfortable for our stay. Game room/Guest room was to warm. Couldn’t be in there for to long before feeling warm. My son and partner purchased an inflatable to set up in the much cooler living room☺️

The owner was easy to communicate with.

The house is spacious with a large game room where you can put air mattresses if needed. The house was nice and clean and cool when we arrived. The propane tank Was empty so we had to go get it refilled but the owner reimbursed me the money. The Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice (we talked to two of them) overall we were very pleased!

Awesome Place

When we got there we had no issue getting in, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. The manager was really easy to get hold of and kept in touch with us the entire weekend.Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Would recommend this house to everyone!!

Truly a Home Away From Home

Our experience was topnotch. We had excellent experiences with the owner and the house was lovely and very well kept. I love to cook and bake and the kitchen was well stocked. Also there were plenty of dishes, flatware, cups, glasses and pans. The grill was a nice amenity. The beds were very nice. It was very clean and spacious. We even played pool on the pool table. By the end of our month there this felt like home. In fact due to a medical emergency with my husband I had to spend the last night there alone and I was very comfortable as this was my home for that time and I did not have to stay alone in some hotel. I would highly recommend this property and owner. We will return for any future visits to Lake Havasu, AZ.

Great Location

This home is very conveniently located in the center of town and in an older, but quiet neighborhood. Its only true shortcoming and the reason we didn't give it a 5-star rating, is because there is no usable garage for renters. We stayed for 60 days and had to have our two vehicles outside. Initially when we arrived there were several issues we encountered, but the owner was very quick to get them addressed and handled and we had good communication throughout our stay. The house is a nice size and layout, with very large bedrooms (especially the master) and a huge game room (that we didn't use) that was once a two car garage. All in all, not a bad location to escape winter!
