No unattended minors on rooftop deck or left alone in Villa B. Quiet hours outside from 10pm to 7am. STRICT quiet hours on rooftop deck are 9PM-7AM.
Do not park in center driveway blocking access to garage spaces, or back boat parking. No Parities. Pls shower prior to entering Hot Tubs,
Overly cloudy Hot Tubs will incur $100 drain/refill charge. No unattended minors allowed in hot tub.
