Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the key to the lockbox. Not leaving the key will result in a $15 fee. Throw used towels into the laundry bin, and place any trash/rubbish in the rubbish bin near the lockbox.
Extended hours to leave or early check-in, if available, can be charged $30/no more than two hours. For those arriving early, you can leave your luggage at the host’s house next door at 4 Ada Place.
After you check out, please send a message to notify the host right away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Commercial photography or filming allowed. Do not leave any of your belongings behind. We are not responsible for your loss.
For the first aid kit, only use it in the house when it is needed. It is not provided for taking away. It is for emergencies for all guests.
Do not leave hot cups or dishes directly on the wooden furniture. We've supplied coasters. Broken or damaged items will be charged a replacement fee.
