The Inn feels like it needs an upgrade. The rooms in the main lodge were ok but dated. Very heavy doors. The 9 hole mini putt is just pieces of wood. Buffet breakfast was expensive but good.

We were told we were upgraded from our double bed with pullout to a room with a King bed which was great. We were not informed that the central air conditioning was not working. We worked with a little portable conditioner that could not cool the room. By 9pm we said we wanted a different room because it was 80 C in the room. Hotel full at this point. no changes available. we were given 15% and breakfast. Not enough we were asking for at least 25% discount. We had a terrible sleep. Very disappointing.

Even though we booked an economy room, there's basic and then there's basic! Especially for the price we paid. Bed was on blocks of wood, wall paper coming away and wall light not working.

Rooms are very small and no air conditioning that’s why it felt so stuffy inside. No closet to put your luggage. Expedia should have indicated that there are no elevators in this property. It is very inconvenient to carry your luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor without any elevators.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the past spring. The room is spacious and clean. We were given a room located close to the highway, so we found room could be noisy at times. Not too many options for dinning around the area but I think that is more of a result of how the town is setup. The restaurant on site offers good pizza and pasta.

Fabulous accommodation in a perfect location!

What an amazing night we spent at Lake Louise Inn. We were surprised with a free complimentary upgrade which after travelling 24 hours was very well welcomed! Staff at check in, the restaurants, staff around the complex were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was amazing! Huge beds, bedding and pillows were soft and comfortable. There was plenty of space for all our luggage and included a well equipped kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking to stay here again. The only negative we could think of….we only stayed for one night!
