Good breakfast. There is a train that runs occasionally behind the property. It did not bother me and I was on the back side. I was pretty from hiking so I went right to sleep.

Great staff. Loved the hot tub and steam room - great amenites after 2 days of constant rain and cold. Room had all the perfect touches. Bed was a little soft. There are no elevators so prepare to lug your heavy overpacked bags up a fiight of stairs. Not a staff responsibility.

I would have rated this at a 5 if there was a box fan in the room. The fan that was provided did not help cool the room and I was too hot before going to bed which kept me up and then I was miserable the next day. Other locations without A/C in the Canadian Rockies had box fans. The rooms are blocked off from allowing natural air flow so a quality fan is really needed for the summer.

A little pricey for a no frills hotel/motel. It’s clean and modern but feels like an economic hotel. Nice sauna and steam room, great buffet breakfast. Room was spacious.

We stayed in a renovated room which is very new and clean. Staff very friendly and gave us detailed information about how to get to lake Louise. Has laundry onsite. Great location. Breakfast is ok. Will stay again!

We staid in the hotel for two nights. The staff are friendly and the rooms are great. Anything out of the rooms is old and outdated. This is a motel and not a lodge or hotel. I wish there was an outdoor seating. There is no transportation to lake Louise and driving there with your car is impossible due to minimal to non parking spots. Extremely expensive to what you get.

Good location with easy access to Village. Friendly check-in. We booked superior room through Expedia but were allocated a standard room, which was smaller and close to noisy trains. Disappointing. Also beds were not made while we were out all day (even though a sign in the bathroom said beds would be made daily).
