"Bliss by the Lake" TÀmÀ ainutlaatuinen 2 taso-4 makuuhuone-3 kylpy, pyöreÀ talo on tilava ja kÀtevÀ ja runsaasti tilaa koko perheelle. Blissin sijainti, jossa virta tÀyttÀÀ Bald Mountain Lake -vuoren, tarjoaa rauhallisen rauhallisen sijainnin, jota ympÀröivÀt kauniit vuoristomaisemat.

Nauti BLISSin ulkoalueesta: suuri piha on tÀydellinen nurmipelille; hevosenkengÀt ja sulkapallo tarjotaan. LöydÀt myös picnic pöytÀ ja penkki, palo kuoppaan (puu voi ostaa paikallisesti), kuisti keinu ja muut istuimet. Pihalla on 35 kiviraita, jotka johtavat jÀrvelle. Family and pet friendly lake rental!

Loves the house! It was well equipped and very clean. Great porch, awesome lake area and the detachable doc was the best! Kids and dog had a blast! Highly recommend!

Bliss by the Lake

We spent a week at Bliss by the Lake with our family. The house was well supplied with everything you could need. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the paddleboat and access to the water (steps gave you a workout but worth it). Spent some time in Chimney Rock. Cute shops, great restaurants. Had a great time. Would recommend to anyone.

Lake Lure Bliss and Tranquility

Overall highly recommend this house. Lots of space for our family of 6 We loved having the canoe available to us Every morning coffee on the dock in our PJs. Dock is pretty private Loved the screened in porch. NO MOSQUITOES yea!!! The fact that the resort is close by is a big plus. We went in the evening a lot All in all a great find VRBO.

We had a birthday girl's weekend celebration of 10 ladies. It was absolutely fabulous! Just enough space and bathrooms. Accommodations were wonderful. We brought extra things we didn't need. Will definitely boom again!

Peaceful and Well Stocked

Extremely well stocked and clean with all the comforts of home! Nice layout for 2 families to spread out comfortably. Very quiet and peaceful little oasis. The location at the end of the lake made swimming less than desirable, but the access to the beach down the road was a nice alternative. Getting back up the driveway was a little daunting at times at well! Overall a great time was had!!

Family vacation

My family just spent a week at Bliss by the Lake. My husband and me, my sister and her 16 year old daughter, my 86 year old mother, my sons 14 and 12, and a 13 year old friend. It was wonderful! We went on the lake every day. The kids enjoyed the canoes and kayak. My sister had a hip replacement three weeks ago, so Doc Holiday was perfect for her to be able to enjoy the lake with us. We played badminton, cards, watched movies, hiked, played in the pool, putt putt, canoed, kayaked, floated, swam, fished, and read. The house was great. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful, comfortable beds. I highly recommend the house and location. We can't wait to go back.

The house eas amazing and the best stocked VRBO we have stayed in. Had a little difficulty finding sheets for the sofa bed and trunnel beds. Lots of outside seating options / my favorite was probsbly the screen porch. Amazing to find such a nice place that was pet friendly. Paddle boat and canoe provided top entertainment for the kids (life jackets were provided) Pool table and darts a favorite of our High School and college kids. One bedroom was missing a tv remote and kitchen lighting a little dim when sun not shining Would definitely consider staying again because overall was an amazing experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The deck was great, and my sister and I spent most of our time there. The property manager, Kathleen, quickly responded to our concern about a rotting board on the dock. It was fixed right away. The only negative was the steps down to the lake. They were made of stone, very uneven, and not kid—or senior-friendly. Unfortunately, I am sad to say that we probably won't be back for that fact alone. However, my son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter loved the dock. Highly recommend this property for younger adults.

The home was well-appointed with everything we could need for our young children (think pack n play, life vests, toys, games) all the way through adults.The home was very clean and well stocked. We cooked most meals and never had an issue finding a cooking tool or utensil. Additionally, the beds were extremely comfortable, and linens were high-quality. After long-days enjoying the lake, having a great place to sleep is much-appreciated.The screened in porch was used from early morning, through afternoon storms, and well-into the evening as the temperatures cooled. Access to the amenities in Rumbling Bald were a favorite and the location allowed for easy trips up and down to the resort. We loved having a dock on bald mountain lake right out back as well as access to the full beach on Lake Lure at the resort. We loved our stay and will look to return in the future.

You can really tell the owners of this property want you to have a wonderful time during your stay. It is a luxury experience that is more comfortable and homey than you can believe. The home’s layout really maximizes the space and makes great sense. Not only is it a beautiful house in a great location, but there are so many amenities included in the stay, beyond what you can probably even imagine. The Rumbling Bald passes were such a nice touch. There were so many pots, pans, and even ingredients available for use in the kitchen. We were continuously impressed by the things at our disposal. The closet in the basement has so many fun things to do. This house truly has it all! Our family certainly made use of the dock, paddle boat, rafts and canoe while fishing! We so appreciated being able to spend the week in this space.

We especially enjoyed sitting in the screened patio and watching the lake. Given the weather we couldn't use the firepit, but did use the indoor fire place; one suggestion is to bring your wood that may be drier (from the store), the wet wood will give off a lot of smoke. Bathrooms were very clean, basement looked brand new, Kitchen was very well stocked as well.We will definitely be back!

Loved this place!

This house was all and more than the description. It was a great place to stay. So clean, which is important to me. So very well furnished. Decorated so beautifully. The beds were great. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed all of it. Had fires in the firepit. Took the Canoe and Paddleboat out. The lake is beautiful. The pool table and games were great. TV's in all room. The property manager was very cooperative and friendly. We would stay there again.

Bliss by the Lake

Very nice property, clean and as listed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen well appointed, beds comfortable. Only things that I can think of that would improve the stay would be: a comprehensive channel listing for the TV (channel guide on tv was incomplete, we discovered dozens of more channels midway through our stay and: additional towel bars in the downstairs bathroom (easily overcome by hanging towels in bedroom closets). Convinient to local attractions, grocery store, etc. We would rent again.

Perfect for a family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at "Bliss by the Lake!" The house was incredibly clean and honestly looks like it was just renovated. The beds were all comfortable (except the pull out sofa, don't recommend) and the screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and looking for roaming bears. There was plenty of kitchen stuff and we cooked/grilled a lot. We had a couple issues early on, but they were resolved immediately by the awesome property manager, Kathleen! The internet was super fast if you wired in (we had multiple people working/taking calls during the week) and otherwise average if you were using wifi. There is basically zero cell service at the house and nearby. As a heads up, there were towels but otherwise no bathroom essentials (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, body soap). The location is great for its privacy, but the mountain roads are quite windy and very dark at night. We highly recommend both the Lake Adventure Boating Company & Canopy Ridge Ziplining (both fairly close to the house). Having the Rumbling Bald resort just down the road was really nice as well. We utilized their gym, kayaked on the lake, and tried out the lazy river. In our opinion, it was not really walkable (hills, lack of sidewalks), but it was a short drive (<5 min).

Our host, Sue, was fantastic with communication and meeting our needs. The only recommendation I would make is to bring dry firewood with you. There were many options for entertaining ourselves regardless of the age you are. Plus so many options of activities both at the property and in the close by area. We really want to go back!

Wonderful place for our three generations to gather. Very clean and well stocked kitchen.

Our host, Sue, was helpful and kept us up to date when there was a power outage in the area. The property actually had more amenities than were mentioned in the VRBO listing. Would not hesitate to go back.

Very welcoming and cozy feel. Enjoyed home and outdoors.

Property was roomy, clean, and offered nice outdoor porch for lounging. Since our visit was in October, we enjoyed building roaring fires in the fireplace. Would definitely stay there again.
