Located on the highly coveted Horseshoe Bend Parkway, Wren's Nest for Two is near several hot spots for dining and entertainment. You can also experience the natural beauty of the lake in state parks and trails just 30 minutes from your stay. Within the condo community are well kept roads, mature trees, walking areas and lakefront pools.

Location Activities
On site activities include pool, hot tub, lakefront walkway, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court and playground.
Les than ten minutes from your stay, you'll find the nightlife and pool party atmosphere of H Toads / Camden on the Lake and Shady Gators. Also nearby is Docknocker's - the original lakefront restaurant with amazing crab legs.
Just 15 minutes to Bagnell Dam Strip where it's an all ages spring break atmosphere nightly. Live music, chef inspired dining, DJ dance parties and a celebration atmosphere are complimented by day time shopping, boutiques & gift shops.

Secure systems for guest & neighborhood safety - Video / Audio doorbell at entry. Decibel measuring devices inside and outside for noise control standards. Smart lock systems for timed guest access. Interior communication panel for Z Wave connection with locks and video doorbell - no video / audio on interior communication panel.

Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There
Located in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks, you will drive through Lake Ozark and Four Seasons to arrive at your condo community. Less than three hours from Kansas City and St. Louis; and a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. A perfect nearby escape to a national vacation hotspot!

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
