The huge living room is the perfect spot to gather and spend quality time with your loved ones. And for even more breathtaking views, head to the large deck on the lakeside with main channel views. Fire up the grill and cook up some burgers or steaks, just be sure to bring your own charcoal and supplies.

The lower level of the house also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. And with decks on different levels outside, there's plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fresh air.

YOU WILL CHECK IN AT GATOR MART, THEN GO TO SHADY GATORS - ASK FOR JG TO RECEIVE YOUR FREE VIP WRIST BANDS. HE CAN ALSO RESERVE YOUR CABANA, AND/OR RESERVE YOUR DINNER TABLE. HE WILL NOT GIVE OUT MORE WRIST BANDS THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUANCY OF THE HOUSE. REMEMBER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE. IF YOU INVITE OTHER PEOPLE INTO THE HOUSE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE IF THEY CAUSE DAMAGE.THE DAMAGE YOU WILL SEE ON SOME OF THE HOUSES HAS ALREADY BEEN LOGGED. IT IS SCHEDULED TO BE REPAIRED.

REMEMBER TO STAGGER SHOWERS AS THE WATER HEATERS WILL NOT KEEP UP.

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. ABSOLUTLEY NO FIREWORKS

THERE IS NOT WI-FI IN THE HOUSES, BUT IT IS AVAILABLE AT SHADY GATORS RESTAURANT. PASSWORD IS chompchomp.

BRING COOLERS FOR YOUR BEER AND WATER AS IT WILL TAKE AN EMPTY REFRIGERATOR 12-18 HOURS TO COOL YOUR BEVERAGES.  THE FRIDGE IS NOT TURNED OFF, IT JUST TAKES A WHILE TO COOL ITEMS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU STOCK IT FULL.

MISSOURI HAS HIGH HUMIDITY. IF YOU LEAVE A SLIDING DOOR OPEN THE AIR CONDITIONER WILL FREEZE UP, AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO EXCEPT TURN IT OFF FOR 24 HOURS TO THAW.

ALL OF OUR HOUSES ARE ON SEPTIC SYSTEMS. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN TOILETS EXCEPT TOILET PAPER AND BODY FLUIDS.

DAMAGE ON THINGS LIKE: BROKEN FURNITURE, BROKEN WINDOWS, DRY WALL ETC. IS ON A REPLACEMENT COST AND LABOR, PLUS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ON ALL OTHER ITEMS.

CHECK OUT POLICY IS STRICTLY AT 11:00am (Central Standard Time):  IF YOU'RE NOT CHECKED OUT BY 11:30AM, A $100 FEE MAY BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT. AN EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT IS AVAILABLE FOR A NOMINAL FEE.

PLEASE PUT DISHES IN DISHWASHER AND START THE DISHWASHER.
PLEASE CHECK FOR YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS AS WE CHARGE A MINIMUM OF $25.00 TO SHIP.
