With access to a private boat slip, you can spend days fishing, boating, tubing, or just touring the enormous lake. If you’d rather stay dry, enjoy the view from nearly every room in the condo, plus two waterfront balconies that make the perfect perch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. On-site amenities include an outdoor pool and shared charcoal grilling area.

Inside, the open floor plan boasts nearly 1,600 square feet, and combines the full kitchen with the dining area and living room, making it ideal for spending time together. Whip up favorite recipes, then sit down for a meal at the large dining table before heading out to explore. After days on the water, cool off at home in the central AC while the in-home washer/dryer takes care of the day’s clothes. Stream the latest release in the living room, pop in a DVD for a family movie night, or use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media. Sleep will come easy in any of three bedrooms, where you can drift off dreaming of another perfect day on the lake tomorrow.

This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: Guests have access to Slip #21 on lefthand side of the dock. Guest will walk outside unit, take a right, go down until the breezeway breaks then take another right down to the first dock (you can see the dock from inside the unit when you look out the windows). the boat slip is at the ever its labeled 21 on the left hand side.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
