Our stay was good the room was good bathtub excellent shower excellent the only real issue was we were next to the hot tub room where construction went on Tuesday from 8am until about seven super noisy and extremely dusty and unfortunately that dust got in our room and made it difficult to be in there during the construction. We let the front desk know and they never got back to us. Also we requested an additional blanket twice and we never got it delivered.

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite. One bedroom was clearly occupied and not reset prior to our arrival. The bed was slept in and keys were left on the tv stand. Night shift manager said she’d make the bed. But instead brought us the wrong sheets (for queen vs of king size) so my MIL had to make-do. We arrived close to midnight and just needed to retire for the night after a long journey from LA. She also promised to issue us a discount, which was not done when we checked out. Our experience checking in was not recorded as well. Will not book this hotel again.

Communication with staff was a bit of a mess and there was a lot of trash around the complex. They also left bags of dirty linens outside where guests had to walk by them. The room itself was clean and great.

I won’t say much, except that we are a repeat customer for many years. Perfect location with family and kids to hang out in evenings. Newly opened Target at walking distance is good. Just hoping they open up indoor pool and spa soon. Limited breakfast options, typical of most chain hotels nowadays.
