The hotel is beautifully designed and in a perfect location, modern, vibrant, and super convenient. The room was great, and the overall vibe was fun, but the music was a bit too loud at times, even in our room and by the pool, where it made it hard to relax or chat. Check-in felt a little unorganized, and although we had a confirmed late checkout, we had to explain it more than once. That said, the staff who helped us in the end were kind, and I’d definitely come back — just bringing earplugs and sound machine to drown out the music next time!

It was a beautiful stay , we were bummed it was to cold to swim and enjoy the patio vibes. Only issue i had was the poor workmanship on the drywall around 1 light in ceiling. Room 138. Spend all that money and leave that was kinda strange

A luxury property in the heart of Grand Bend. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The amenities like the pool and pool bar were amazing.

Location being right in the heart of Grand Bend main drag was great. This is a stay thats mainly based on activities outside of your actual room, as the room itself, although nicely upgraded, is small , with a view looking at another wall across the walkway. Uggh. The plus'es; The pool area is great, with the outdoor bar, and the attendants were all great. This is a great stay, if its warm enough for the pool, or if you enjoy biking, or people watching. But not quite appropriate if you prefer a silent restful nite.

Me and my 4 friends stayed here, we booked out two different rooms, and loved the entire experience! The staff was helpful and kind, and the rooms were clean and very modern. Parking was easy and right next to our rooms. Beautiful area; walkable to beach, restaurants and shops, nice pool and cabana area in hotel as well. I would recommend for sure!

Its a very nice hotel, quiet at night,very clean, front desk lady very nice and friendly everything is close proximity from restaurant bar and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and long weekend get away even the weather was not great. I definitely recommend.
