On the first day of our stay, we came back after being out all day to an unmade room bed were not made towels were on the floor. Floor was wet near air conditioning heating unit.

Ideal location for the puprpose of our trip. Close to the bus station, many places in easy walking distance. Short walk to Central Market. Everyone in the hotel was helpful, friendly, polite. We asked for a late check out, just an hour, which was given to us & helped as this was our last location on our trip.

The room was very clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but what made the stay so wonderful was the staff. Seriously, some of the most attentive and friendly staff I have experienced in a hotel stay in a long time. I literally mean everyone my wife and I interacted with. Take a bow Holiday Inn in downtown Lancaster…you deserve it. 🙂

The staff is friendly, parking is convenient and the property is clean. My only complaint is the paper-thin walls; I could hear every time someone’s door slammed, the elevator ding and open/close, a dog barking across the hall, and the room next to me blaring music at 9am. Didn’t make for a very good night’s sleep.
