The room was shabby, the decor wasn’t great. The paint was badly chipped and looked uncared for. The wardrobe door was hanging on for life, there was a smashed tile on the bathroom wall and there was no fan in the bathroom which explains why the bathroom ceiling was mouldy and looked like it could potentially fall in. Regards sleeping, the pillows were extremely lumpy, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. I was very disappointed given the reviews I had read - time to add some balance to those.

Great location, lovely place to stay.

Had a lovely stay, self check in was simple - detailed instructions were sent the day before. The apartment was immaculate. Furnished nicely with a well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location right in the centre yet out of the way enough to not be loud. Would recommend.

Best place i’ve stayed in Lancaster

Was always really clean, the staff was always quick to respond on whatsapp. Changed the towels frequently. Really nice position and really nice rooms.

The studio was perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed, good shower and plenty of space in the bedroom/lounge, kitchenette and bathroom areas. Near the train station and central for amenities and attractions.

Fantastic stay in Lancaster

We had a fantastic stay in Lancaster at this apartment, we booked the room at the top of the house with a huge comfy bed and downstairs a kitchen, bathroom and seating area. Fantastic location close to the bus station, cinema, shops and board game cafes! Clean and comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again.

The paperwoyled us to believe we should have had a kitchen and microwave both on line and in the room, then the upgraded room we were promptly moved to had a shower that didn't drain . All-in all could do better

Beautiful central apartment in Lancaster

Really excellent apartment, very central but quiet between Christmas and New Year. We were in no 7 and it was perfect. View of the castle on one side and the spires of the city churches on the other. We were surprised that the flat was serviced during our stay. Everything we needed was there. Will stay again
