Very disappointing. Reserved 3 rooms for 6 people. Problems were consistent across all rooms. Overwhelming fragrance throughout lobby and througout hotel; many electrical outlets not working in each room. Grab bar missing in 2 of the tub/shower combinations. No shower/tub mats provided for antislip. Decorative towel "rack" was placed so high on wall, shorter people couldnt reach. No elevator on premises so it was difficult for some to negotiate luggage and stairs. Finally, dinner at restaurant on premises was good but soup which was ordered was never brought to us and 2 people were overcharged for their dinners. When brought to waitstaff's attention, an adjustment was made to bill but the amount charged was still higher than what was stated on the menu. No other compensation was offered and waitstaff did not seem to want to correct the problem.

The restaurant was always full, so we ate at the bar - very good food, drinks & staff. We should have made reservations before we arrived. Only down side was carrying luggage up 1/2 flight of stairs for the first floor.

We have stayed here multiple times before. It is convenient to surrounding areas and the food at the restaurant is very good. Staff very attentive. Pool water could have been cleaner. The Cafe is always to busy to just pick up a hot tea. I am a tea drinker and using the machines in the rooms always tastes like coffee. I remember when coffee and hot water dispensers were by the restaurant and then in the check in area. Rooms very spacious. Always love coming to the Inn!

Area is nice but my biggest issue was that my room was left open after it was cleaned and when I told the front desk, they brushed it off as though it was a minor issue.

Originally I viewed 3 hotels and now I know I made a PERFECT choice! The location, the beauty, the charm and an AMAZING staff made my vacation wonderful. The rooms , grounds and garden were beautiful! The staff were welcoming and made you feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again.

My Fiance and I stayed for 2 days mid week. We had the most wonderful experience and the staff was amazing. The resturant had top notch service and food. We enjoyed the backstory on how the inn came about and glad it is here today. We highly recommend this location. We would stay here again.
