Had a lovely warm welcome upon arrival. Room was basic but clean and in need of an upgrade. Dinner was fabulous with very attentive staff. Breakfast was a shambles and expensive for what was available.

A great welcome in the heart of Landerneau

Very welcoming, super room. We arrived early but were welcomed with coffee while our room was prioritised. All comfortable and clean.

Overpriced and overrated, not 3-star

You will be surprised and disappointed if you believe that you will be staying at a villa as shown in the picture. It is absolutely not used as the/a hotel, it is the private residence of the owners. Behind it there is an annexed building with rooms with no atmosphere and minimum facilities, clean though. It may be suitable for seminars and school groups. To be fair, the front picture should be changed.

Basic but clean and adequate

The owners live on site and were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good position , close to the town and has a lovely garden. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was clean but I'm afraid it was just a little too basic for us. Maybe another room would have been better. We were disappointed to return after a meal out in the town to find the reception and bar locked, it was only 9.30pm!!! There was a night access door so we could gain access to our room but we wanted a nightcap with our friends but the bar was locked, what can I say?! Also the restaurant is closed over the weekend, which we thought was odd. We mistakenly thought breakfast was included in the room rate, it wasn't.

Comfortable architect-designed accommodation.

So impressed, we immediately booked for a second night! Loved the rooms with a terrace onto the central garden area. Bamboo and slate, with a relaxing water feature. Restaurant open for only one of our two nights - excellent food! Very good value for money.

sehr ruhige Lage. In der Beschreibung stand, dass das Personal auch Deutsch spricht. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Selbst eine Verständigung auf Englisch mit dem Personal gelang nicht immer auf Anhieb.
