This apartment of about 25m², classified 2 stars, was renovated in 2019.
It is located at the highest entrance level of the residence and overlooks a large terrace of more than 20 m² ideal for letting children play outside after skiing.
Composed of a bathroom with separate toilet and a sleeping area, in the entrance, with bunk beds, well separated from the living room,a small bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an equipped kitchen. This apartment is ideal for a family with one or two children.
A ski locker is available.
The residence is at the edge of slopes: departure and return ski to the feet.
There is a free covered communal parking 100 meters away. No reservation.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
