Wow what a beautiful spot on Langkawi. Rooms set out on sprawling area with a sea view. 2 pools plenty of sun lounges throughout the property. Room had every convenience for your holiday vacation. Food was amazing as was the service.

Our stay at Pelangi Resort was fantastic! The room was exceptionally clean and had a wonderfully relaxing vibe. The resort is conveniently located right next to the beach, which made it easy for my kids and me to enjoy swimming and unwind by the pool. We also appreciated their 24-hour buggy service—it was super convenient and made getting around the resort effortless. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time!

It fits the theme of luxurious and vintage well. We like the kampung island vibes and luxury in one place. Service was prompt. As expected of resorts, facilities are abundant and catered to kids too. We were able to enjoy the facilities without the crowd in most instances. We were granted a free room upgrade from garden to lakefront and are quite happy with it. For those seeking privacy, only the lakefront provides a high level of privacy as the rest has balconies that at some point in time will allow passers by to peek in due to where they face.

A very pleasant few days at The Pelangi. The resort is spacious with well kept grounds and fantastic pools. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, a special shout out for the kindness of Azri at the Cascade Pool. The rooms could perhaps do with a little update, and breakfast was a bit overcrowded at the Pelangi Grill on one of the days, but nothing that spoiled our lovely experience at Pelangi.

The Goodies: property location was within walking distance to the main Cenang central. 2 great swimming pools to cater for all visitors. Ground staff and buggies were very helpful. The Bad: Our check in experience wasn't the best. We emailed the property couple of weeks in advance to let them know about our early arrival and they aknowledged the request with the possibility for early check in. When we arrived at 11am, they informed us that it can't be any earlier that 12pm. However 2pm came and we asked again, then 3pm came and no sign of room avaibility. That was the most inconvenient check in in our entire travellling experience. You would think they would prioritize the room since the check out is at 12pm. Overall, good place to stay with lot of facilities, but be mindful that this place doesn't know to prioritize!!

Beautiful property, spacious rooms. Breakfast was good, through not at the level to be expected for this property. Good location at one end of the beach, though swimming in the sea was not possible due to the jellyfish. We appreciated having a second swimming pool with less children.

This beautiful beach front property featuring 2 pools was the perfect place for our family to stay. The staff was helpful, there were plenty of beach/pool loungers and our room was quiet. We highly recommend staying here.

This was an amazing place to stay. The staff are lovely and very attentive, the complex is very clean and well maintained. With the choice of two pools and the beach there is plenty to do. The breakfast was a standard continental with plenty of choice, and the poolside bars were great for lunches/drinks. We ate out in the evenings, the resort is a 10 min walk from the main town.
