Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We checked in the receptionist was mumbling had to focus on what he was asking for. We then went to the room checked for bugs and stains with uv light. The bed was clean no bugs. Walls where extremely dusty and looks like water damage in corners of main room. Bathroom was cleaned except behind toilet and walls. Batbroom has no vent to clear smells and shower condemnation hence why the entire ceiling looked water damaged in uv light and ia bleeding through to main area. Shower has low pressure. Walls and doors are thin music was so loud in hallway and a party in main area with kids screaming was very annoying. At 230ish in the morning neighbors above must have been having a wild night as tbe shower and thumping went on for almost 2 hours. Proximity to highway was bad as well all night could hear cars. Curtains didn't block the parking lot lights. Ben wasnt comfortable. Breakfast was the weirdest "buffet" ever eggs biscuits and gravy no other meats pancakes cereal outmeal and breads muffins and bagels coffee milk yogurt. No one was at deak to check out to address any concerns and dont spend money at the store there its 2x as much for everything
