I like this motel which is close to family. The carpet had not been vacuumed before our last visit, but everything else was fine.

The room wasn't ready to check in at 4:00. Cleaning lady was there didn't get checked in until 4:20. Room is ok. Old place. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked well.

The room was clean but we could taste the pine sol in the air when we first got there. The bed was really springy and just not overly comfortable. We were left with about 1/4 of a roll of TP in our room. When I reached out to the owner, I didn’t get a response until 5 hours later where she told me she just saw the message and the cleaner wouldn’t have been there till 10am… and we were well gone by then. The doors were a little hard to close and open, but otherwise was fine. It was quiet. I am an event planner and had a wedding outside of Harper’s Ferry so we were lucky we weren't there too much. Overall it was good for being in a pinch but maybe want to look at different cleaning products and make sure the rooms are stocked with supplies. It really sucked when I wasn’t feeling well this morning.

For the price and location this motel was good. Only problems were that the entry door was a little hard to close and when the person next door was taking a shower it was quite loud in my room. I would stay there again.

The pictures that are posted is not the room I got. The room was old. No extra toilet paper and no Kleenex or blow dryer. Didn’t know how to use the TV. No staff to help you with anything not even check in or out. They leave a key in a box by your room. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone. Was very upset with this place.

Room was clean, pillows too soft, shower was hot. Quiet location. Difficult to get a hold of the office. Selected cash at location for checkout, but my card on file was already charged. Towels were soft and fluffy. Bed was semi comfortable. Overall, would stay here again since there is not much available in the area.
