Staff was nice, but when we got to the room, it was over 85 degrees. The heat had been left all the way up, it was hot, dry and stuffy, we had to turn the AC on to cool the room.The toliet was filled with wadded hair, like it had been dumped in there and they forgot to flush it. The beds were hard as a rock, betters options in EL.
