Overall a great stay. Was disappointed with the bed size because it was a full size, definitely not a queen. Stayed on the bottom floor unfortunately had some heavy footed people above me. And several trains passing through the night. Also the coffee maker in the room was missing pieces so I could not use it.

Very loud in the evening-- a door was propped open up by a rock and then slammed everytime someone entered or exited--all night long both nights-- the door shoud have been locked and a sign for people to walk twenty feet and use front entrance for egress and ingress--

I will exclusively be staying at the Towneplace Suites East Lansing any time I am in the area, and I highly recommend you do the same. The staff here exceeded expectations. Everyone was so helpful, kind and accommodating, I have no words to properly express my appreciation! Thank you to Amanda and Chris at the front desk for being so kind. Amanda, you MADE the stay! We did stay in a two bedroom, which was perfect for our needs. The beds and linens were so cozy, and the kitchen was an added bonus. With a check out time of noon, I absolutely lazed in bed longer then I normally would! Jackpot! Thanks again Towneplace! Until we meet again!
