Really enjoyable stay. Needed a few more western options/cheaper eats but other than that it was great. Pool was down for maintenance but only found that out by walking to go swim.

This is the nicest of the 3 Disney hotels. Really beautifully themed. So clean. Pleasant 15 minute walk to main gate of park. Staff at front desk were really unhelpful for English speaking guests. She seemed frustrated that I wasn’t understanding her but most of the info is online. The HUGE downside is dining. Bring plenty of food with you or lots of money. Pizza 50USD Beer 12USD Coke 10USD Breakfast buffet 60USD I loved my stay here but the staff and crazy food prices brought the experience down for me.

An incredible blending of my two favorite Disney resorts, Aulani and DAKL the rooms are house, especially for Asia! The staff was amazing so kind and attentive. The property is gorgeous and the walk to the park is absolutely of the most spectacular Disney experiences I’ve ever had. I do wish that all of the resorts at HKDL had better quick service and more grab and go options.

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. The staff were very helpful. The cafe had excellent buffet selections. We tried the breakfast and dinner buffets. We would recommend this hotel.

Not bad but not great

Not so good, pool was under maintenance and this has not been updated to us otherwise I would have change my booking to other resort. overall experience wasn’t good. Meeting with characters was very unpleasant as they only come for 20 mins and they have make a line for kids to do photography but then straight after 20 min they walk off even kids standing in line to meet the characters- kids were upset and this needs an attention .

Very good hotel. Kids enjoyed the stay. Only one thing at downside is the Hotel a quite too far away from CBD.

Internet is a headache. Both phone and laptop need to be signed in again and again. No service of cocktails or anything at the pool, can get a beer yourself and carry it back for 78 HKD or so. So bring your own drinks. Easier. The Disneyland hotel is a lot nicer by far, worth it. The park itself is quite a letdown compared to Disney in LA or Shanghai. Not comparable at all. Nice though for families with young children.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and despite booking a room for 2 adult and 2 kids and getting to Disney land was convenient. Only 2 adults could have the breakfast buffet at no further cost! Kids had to pay extra for breakfast! Toothbrush and toothpaste were not included and could be purchased at an additional which defeats the purpose of paying $700 per night! Meals were super pricey!
