Welcome to the modern 3.5 room holiday flat in Lantsch/Lenz. With its 100 square metres, the flat offers enough space for the whole family. The two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping facilities for 2 adults and 3 children. There is a double bed with an extra bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed in the children's room. The large living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sofa with a fireplace invites you to linger. There are also two bathrooms with shower/WC and one with bath/WC.
Outside you will find a beautiful fenced garden with a cosy seating area, perfect for relaxing in the fresh mountain air. The fencing offers privacy so that you can move freely in your own space without prying eyes from outside.
