Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan offers 290 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and free newspapers. Rooms open to balconies. Breakfast was good, but not great. Oatmeal was as the worst I’ve ever seen. 1st time was literally water soup with some oats. Last time was almost inedible, even the worker was embarrassed at how thick it was and offered to add water. The staff however were exceptionally good and friendly.

we will come back again ..my father wasnt feeling good and the staff was so accommodating their was a nurse that checked my dad at the room and on call doctor we were told that a hospital was nearby and the hotel staff could transport him -place is so beautiful ,food is good ,staff is superb

It was a wonderful experience! All the staff were friendly, helpful, and had excellent communication. Jane at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, Ivan was very accommodating in assisting us to our room, and Nels the pool attendant was a pleasure to talk to. Housekeeping’s Ceejay was always quick to assist, while Jerome promptly resolved a hot water issue and later handled our check-out smoothly, even addressing our concerns with the manager. Special thanks to the whole team for making our stay truly memorable!

We had a lovely time at Crimson! Everything from the food to the staff to the amenities was top notch! We felt very welcomed and the staff was fabulous. The rooms were perfect and we loved hanging by the pool and using the gym. There is a couple of dining options with large menus which we enjoyed as well. The food and service was beyond 5 star! Can definitely recommend!

I had a couple if issues with this hotel. First, the hotel phone number is hard to find online. No one was answering the phone and so I sent a message thru Expedia app and it was answered after we arrived. Second, the next day we ran out of toilet paper and I called to request for it but again no one answered the phone. I have to walk for 5 minutes to go to the lobby and request for toilet paper. The staff were all nice and very polite and all hardworking. I just hope that people from the front desk or whoever is in charge of answering calls should pay attention more.
