Staff service was top of the line and extremely accommodating. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was an odor of sewage or still water on one wing of the hotel. Parking was a bit of a journey to figure out but staff are always amazing at guiding and running the pass. Rooms were unique and exotic in the historic downtown location. I will stay here again and would recommend a stay with any room as each room as its own unique view. I would caution the property to address the smell, that would be a huge pet peeve if I stayed in the east wing of the hotel.

A true Gem of Laredo!!

Our stay was amazing! The property is beautiful and huge! Staff was extremely accommodating from the parking guard to the front desk to the cleaning crew everyone was very inviting and accommodating. The grounds are extremely well kept and the rooms are very clean with new carpet. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Rates are grate for what you get. We stayed one night in a regular room with a south facing balcony, and the front desk helped us switch to a suite the second night. They suits are huge!

Second time staying here and I love everything about this hotel. Check in was easy and staff are very polite and respectful. Valet is affordable. Valet guys are respectful and help you load and unload. Such a beautiful hotel with lots of charm.
