Upon arrival to check-in, no one was at the front desk. I had to contact a phone number listed on their door. Elevator was not functional and room had an odor. Wires hanging from front lobby. No iron available for use. Originally, I booked this hotel for 2 nights but upon inspecting the room, I decided to leave and book at the nearby La Posada instead. I literally stepped into my room for less than 5 mins before leaving. Hotels.com has attempted to contact The Landmark Hotel on multiple occasions for a full refund to no avail. I would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing! The promotion price is crazy! Beautiful lobby , amazing location , great pool area to drink a beer. I felt for one day a single again haha. I really recommending to any one to try this hotel just because of the view. That's the tallest building in Laredo , that's make sense now they call it Landmark Hotel in Laredo.

The Hotel have beautiful Lobby , the Team are very professional and always answered to my requests. The room looks much bigger then it look in the pictures. The building is next to the Outlet Shopping Center and its the tallest building in Laredo so the view is amazing! Defiantly will come back to this location in Laredo.
