The Résidence Les Dunes de Toulhars boasts architecture that blends beautifully with the coastline and a peaceful location. Its beachfront location makes this studio apartment particularly appealing. Located on the 2nd and top floor of the residence with elevator access, this one-bedroom apartment with a separate sleeping area enjoys a magnificent sea view that can be admired from its large, south-facing terrace. The living room opens onto the kitchenette. The living area offers a sofa bed (160cm) and a sleeping alcove (2 x 80cm = 160cm). The bathroom has a closet and a toilet. The accommodation includes a garage, and the residence has a bicycle storage area.

*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you have opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung mit wundervollem Meerblick

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großer Balkon mit Meerblick, Anlage und Treppenhaus sehr gepflegt, Lift vorhanden, Tiefgaragenplatz. Negativ: zur Schlüsselübergabe war der Agent von Orpi, Herr Rivoal, nicht da, wir warteten lange, dann riefen wir in der Agentur Orpi an, worauf endlich eine Frau kam, die uns die Schlüssel und die Wohnung übergab. Es gab kein WIFI und Klappbetten, die man nicht optimal stellen konnte.
