Amazing details throughout this small but mighty space. You have all you need for a quick trip or a longer stay. 1 bedroom with a queen, full-sized kitchen, living room, and dining space as well as a fully fenced, pet-friendly yard. Be immersed in local culture with Talavera tile and Saltillo floors as well as vigas and rough-hewn ceilings and accent walls. The guest house is close to the main house but completely separate and private. Off-street, private parking.

As you enter the space, there is a room with a kitchen, seating area, and a small cafe table for eating, as well as a smart TV. The bedroom is at the back of the casita and there is a shower bath and a walk-in closet.

There is a fenced yard directly around the casita, this is your private space. Please do not go into the back porch of the house, there are people living in the house. Thank you! Guests are only 5 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 50 minutes from El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day you can take a trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. Only 50 minutes away from the park where you can enjoy sledding down the bright white dunes, going for a hike, or enjoying a picnic at sunset. Guests can also enjoy a Saturday morning at the famous Las Cruces farmers market which is only 15 minutes away.

We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.

private neighborhood with large lots and much of the landscaping has been left as natural desert landscaping. It is close to the highway and the university for your convenience. There is good walking because it is not a busy neighborhood for traffic, but it does not have sidewalks.

Parking is off street and very private. You will need a car to get around
We don`t have many rules, mostly, please just be a good neighbor, there are people in the main house. If you do smoke, please do so outside and not near an open window or door, thank you!
