Coronado Bay is the most highly sought-after building in Coronado! Enjoy your view of paradise from your private balcony in this beautifully updated efficiency condo with direct beach access, 1 rooftop and 2 beach-level pools! Picasso's, the famous expat hangout; Luna Rossa, a great Italian restaurant; and two well-stocked mini-markets are a short walk away. We live here year-round, so we will be here to greet you, provide a tour of Coronado Bay, and help with anything you need during your stay.

Breath-taking views await you from the floor to ceiling windows and the large ocean-front balcony. This beautifully updated efficiency studio apartment in the gated PH Coronado Bay building offers a king size bed, a comfortable sectional sleeper sofa with chaise that opens to a full size bed, and a well-stocked kitchenette. You will have private beach access along with access to the gym, the only beachfront roof-top pool in Coronado, and two other gorgeous beach-level pools.

Your in-room amenities include a dining/work table with four chairs, high-speed internet, a wall-mounted TV with access to live U.S. television stations and thousands of pre-recorded movies and TV shows, washer/dryer, 100% cotton sheets, coffee maker, tea kettle, new two-burner electric stovetop, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, blender, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, cutlery, and light-blocking curtains for those mornings that you want to sleep-in.

On the balcony, you will enjoy a patio table with an umbrella and four chairs, an electric grill, two beach chairs, and a hammock for those relaxing afternoon siestas!
