Spacious and bright apartment totally exterior, located on the 2nd floor with 3 balconies. Excellent location, Las Canteras beach 100 meters and all kinds of services in an area of 50 meters (pharmacy, bus, shops, restaurants with terraces in pedestrian areas, golf course 5 min. By car). Free high speed Wifi.
Individual parking space with optional contract (€ 10 / day) and connected by direct elevator to the floor of the apartment. Fully furnished kitchen, renovated and equipped with appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, coffee makers, etc ...), utensils and complete kitchen utensils. Large and comfortable living room. The three bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe. 2 full bathrooms, the main one has bluetooth so you can be connected at all times or listen to your favorite music.
Bed linen and towels are included (all in 100% natural cotton).
At the end of each stay a cleaning fee of € 50 is applied, included in the contracting rate, we also offer the option of changes of bed linen, towels and maintenance cleaning, periodically according to the wishes of the guests (€ 15 / Pax / day requested) and also the possibility of agreeing transfers to the place of arrival and / or departure.
We attend special requests if requested in advance (beach towels, drinks, fruits, floral decoration, etc ...). We intend to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
