Hi, I want to offer my summer house in the first row of the Playa de Las Canteras in the tourist heart of Las Palmas, so that you also have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful views and a fascinating beach in the middle of it the city of Las Palmas and all kinds of services around from a great restaurant just below a local fish freshly caught, pharmacies, all kinds of shops, markets etc. including a rake on Sundays.
The house is equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, iron etc ...
It is a 4th floor with elevator that opens directly into the housing through coded key. Nice views over the beach from the living room. 3 bedrooms, one double, with total capacity of 4 seats.

La situación del apartamento es maravillosa, junto a la playa y zona muy animada, pero sin ruido en los dormitorios. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado y es muy cómodo. Además, son muy amables. Perfecto, un diez. The appartment is wonderful located, next to the beach in very animated zone, but quiet in the bedrooms. It is perfectly equipped and comfortable. Besides, the owners are really kind. Perfect, just 10/10

Fantastisk beliggenhet!

Veldig bra feriebolig med fantastisk utsikt over Las Canteras stranden. Kjempesøt og flink «lady» som rengjorde leiligheten én gang i uken og hjalp til med alt vi trengte hjelp til. 3 små minus: 1) Sengen var god, men alt for smal. 2) Heisen klarer ikke å åpne seg inn til leiligheten de første 2-3 gangene du trykker den til 4. etasje. 3) For mange gatemusikanter av svært ulik (elendig til fantastisk) kvalitet, utenfor restaurantene rett nedenfor leiligheten. Mange ganger om dagen og til sent på kvelden (kl. 24). Burde vært lovregulert, men leligheten og verten: Helt topp, *****

Muy buena localizacion y excelente vista

Hemos pasado 1 semana en el apartamento. Ha funcionado todo muy bien, wifi, cocina, etc.. El apartamento esta' muy bien equipado, incluindo toallas y unas sillas/tumbonas de playa muy comodas. Recomendable.
