Niko was a smart & patient man in the fromt desk. He worked with grace and has good energy. The rest of the staff was thoughful and friendly as well. The room was small and clean. Had to pay an extra $20 dollars a night for parking as well as a $50 dollar deposit.

This place was really close to the airport, which was super convenient. Also the fact that the room had a kitchen made it easier to just buy food from the grocery store to cook. Instead of eating out for every meal. The housekeeping was an adjustment but we found it convenient to call the front desk whenever we needed trash to be picked up. All in all it was a great hotel to stay in. Will definitely book again if I’m ever in town.

The staff were kind and efficient, I always appreciate exceptional customer service and the staff at this location didn't disappoint. It's not often you find both an affordable AND clean hotel. I was relieved and impressed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom! The bed was very comfortable, the environment was quiet and easy to fall asleep in. I had an incredible stay for a spur of the moment trip! Would definitely stay here again!

Great. Clean. Nice rooms. Coffee station is good too. The front desk needs extra support because wait times at check in and to buy a soda were long both times. I had to give up once. Otherwise it was a lovely stag!

Modern & Clean Place

This place was great in many aspects from the location and friendly staff. The room was amazingly clean and up to date better than expected. Clean towels, bed sheets, everything, and such a comfortable bed. Better place to stay since it is more quieter, cleaner, modern then the outdated strip hotels. Just keep in mind there is a $20 parking fee per night but overall was happy with my stay here.

Cancellation policy

We did not end up staying because my friend that was joining me was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. This diagnosis came after we had made the reservation. The unfortunate policy of both Hotel.com and the hotel itself is no cancellations allowed regardless of the reason unless you purchase the insurance. It’s a terrible policy, but it is what it is.

Simple walking distance hotel

Good no hassle spot about a 15 min walk to the strip. (New York/MGM side) it’s an easy in and out typical hotel parking (you pay $20 a night for) so you don’t need to walk miles to get to your room. The hotel rooms are big and clean. The lobby had a slight smoke smell but it is not in the hallways or rooms at all. Get the top floor. You do hear those above. Shared pool. Tip: when walking back from the strip walk through the MGM and follow the signs for the Lobby. You exit there and cross the 4 lane road at a traffic light to get back.
