I absolutely loved the hotel itself. However we were staying for 7 nights,booked the king room excited. Upon arrival I was greeted kindly and told happy birthday as it was my birthday. We were given a room card, to our suprise it was two queen beds, we didn’t unpack our bags and went straight downstairs to reception to ask to have our room changed. We were told the hotel oversells its rooms upto 110% our room was sold out, come back tomorrow as early as possible to see if any available. We did just that, however, too add it says you will have robes in the room, you do not. Nevertheless we went downstairs at 8 am to be told there is no rooms, come back at 10 am, then told to come back at 12 which we did again and wasted four hours of our first day to be told no again. Furthermore, we were told to come back at 4 o’clock and we said we cannot hang around at the hotel any longer. It is our first time in Vegas and we were here to celebrate my birthday on our seven night trip. We asked if they could put a note on our booking if any rooms became available that we could get one we were told no and that we had to ask ourselves. We arrived back later on and asked about changing the room. They stood by that they were sold out. However, upon checking on their website, it was still available to book. I called them on the phone again. Told no,offered a $50 dining voucher nothing more could be done. I was really upset. I called again, told to cut my story short then we were given our room.
