Despite the hotel being relatively new, lots in the room did not work on arrival, this included the safe not working, repaired then breaking again, the coffee machine, and a leaking dishwasher. During my stay I asked for a cafeteria, the hoyel did not have one zi asked for a teapot, hotel staff brought me two different electric kettles and when I explained that the item was a kettle not a teapot..I was rudely told that I was wrong. That said the hotel is clean and modern and thd majorly of staff helpful and tesponsive, I will definitely stay again.

Elara is our Vegas go-to hotel. We love the location and the rooms are great. One big complaint is there were no umbrellas at the pool which is not ok in the Vegas summer sun.

Sewage smell.

The service was good however the washer in the bathroom made loud noises every night to where we could not sleep. Also, the water was backing up which led to an awful sewage smell from the bathroom. When we told the front desk of our issue they did nothing to compensate our issue. We paid over $1000 to stay in a sewage smelling room.

I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Elara Las Vegas. While the facilities were clean and modern, the customer service was very inconsistent and disappointing. The front desk staff were cold and unhelpful, showing little interest in offering assistance or advice. What really ruined the experience, though, was the misleading sales tactic we encountered. Upon check-in, we were told we’d receive a “welcome pack,” which turned out to be a few discounted vouchers. We were then encouraged to attend what was described as a two hour session to learn how to use the Hilton app — but this was actually a high-pressure timeshare sales presentation. We were shocked to be pitched $30,000 worth of timeshare points, despite clearly being visitors from overseas. Only after questioning did we find out that it could be paid over 10 years at a staggering 17% interest — a critical detail they failed to disclose upfront. The whole setup felt deceptive and exploitative. If this kind of offer were made in Australia, it would likely be banned under consumer protection laws. This experience completely ruined our impression of both the hotel and Las Vegas. What should have been a relaxing trip turned into a frustrating ordeal. While the facilities are good, I would strongly caution others about the aggressive and misleading sales tactics. This is not what I expect from a Hilton-branded property.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, close shopping and food options. The staff was absolutely and we loved pur room. We will definitely be staying at yhe Elara again on our next trip to vegas.
