On check in we were allocated a room on 6th floor which basically would have looked in to a multi storey car park. I requested a higher floor and was told that “for this type of reservation the highest I could get was 9th floor”. The room we were given looked on to the top floor of the car park. Clearly we were considered to be less important than other bookings of a different “type”.

Lovely place, staff are friendly but enjoy a ‘hard sell’ on discounts at places that are already overpriced. Pool was closed for our stay, no room service is a shame but not worth a negative visit

The rooms were clean, everything worked and we had no issues until the last day when the dishwasher leaked water onthe floor. The staff was great.

The staff is stellar, very professional and friendly. They really do try to make your stay the best possible. The housekeepers were also great. The rooms are luxurious. My niece joined me on the second day and she was stunned at how big our 1 bedroom was. She said it was bigger than her one bedroom apartment in Houston. The place was clean and just simply beautiful. I loved having the jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. What a treat. The one bedroom has a kitchen with appliances and dishes. I have been coming to this property for years. It really is the best place to stay and worth the price.
