Fantastic Stay at Element (w/Kids)

We had a wonderful stay - the staff was very friendly, the room was beautiful and simple. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids. The complimentary breakfast was 2nd to none as far as an included breakfast goes. We look forward to staying here again sometime.

Love this hotel! Wish we would have got her earlier to enjoy the pool and the big hot tub. Very clean extremely comfortable the breakfast was wonderful with real eggs! Off to Las Vegas strip close to the airport extremely. Would stay here again if wanted to be close to the airport

Located 6 min from Car Rental Center. Or 8 min away from the airport. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. A full breakfast servive was provided with all-you-can-eat pancakes and an omelet bar. 24x7 coffee and purified water infused with fruits. Free parking. Location is part of the Town Square Mall, conveniently close to restaurants and shops.

I picked this hotel based on the pictures some amenities listed online for a Studio, King. However, upon check-in I was given a room with no microwave, and unfinished, open exhaust fan in the bathroom, and no trash can. The AC barely kept the room cool and was noisy and rattled all night, waking me from my sleep. Also, I was charged for the room twice. I prepaid in full through a third party and despite the desk clerk stating he could see I booked through a third party, he refused to give me my room key unless I gave him my credit card to charge the room to, on top of the $50 refundable fee. When I complained about the amenities, I was told that the hotel was "overbooked" and I had been placed in a "corner suite" because I booked through a third party and no other room was available. This caused me to spend more money that planned on meals because I had no way to heat or reheat food. I have limited mobility and can't walk far distances to get food. What makes this worse is I called the hotel directly before my trip to confirm my reservation and that they were paid for the room and was told by a clerk with a Hispanic accent that my reservation was in the system and that there would be no issue with a late check in. I told him I was also trying to confirm the hotel got payment and he said they had. If I had known I was not guaranteed the amenities listed in both the third party and hotel's actual website, I would have booked somewhere else. Including pics of room v. Web pics.

Thank you element and staff so much. My family and I had a flight get cancelled and sent to Vegas. Called the hotel before check in time and they said come on over we got you! Put us in a room. Very nice staff! Perfect quite place just what we needed.
