The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean except service is a little slow. Let staff know there are no towels in the pool area and waited for half hour and no one came to bring towels, so my kids dry off a bit then we headed back to our room.

Had a pleasant stay, our hotel room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! However the bathroom was old & outdated, and looked dirty in some areas. The complimentary breakfast and evening drinks are very nice bonus!

We checked out but since our flight wasn’t until later, we checked our bags and left the hotel for a few hours. We returned to get our bags and head to airport, but they were unable to locate one of our bags. Turns out that the staff had mistakenly given my bag to another guest without verifying the ticket that was given when the bag was checked in. Fortunately the guest was still on location but this was a mistake that should never have happened.

Very close to everything, you avoid the crowd and the long walks to your room instead of being on a huge resort, easy access, not traffic streets. Clean rooms, but everything looks outdated, the furniture in the rooms has been used for many years.
