We’ve stayed at many Four Seasons properties worldwide, and while this location carries the brand name, it unfortunately falls a little short of the usual Four Seasons standard.
The main issue is that the property feels dated and not as well maintained as I would expect. Public areas such as hallways and carpets had noticeable dirt that wasn’t cleaned promptly, and even by the pool the chairs were not cleaned immediately after use, which gave the impression of lapses in upkeep.
The room itself was clean and largely aligned with Four Seasons’ standards—comfortable bed, good housekeeping, and a relaxing atmosphere. That said, a few essentials that are typically standard at other Four Seasons hotels were missing, such as a comb, slippers, and a razor. These were available on request, but it felt like an unnecessary inconvenience for a brand known for anticipating guest needs.
On a positive note, the staff were genuinely welcoming and professional. Overall, while the service team was excellent and the room comfortable, the aging condition of the property and lapses in attention to detail kept this stay from being on par with the consistently high standards I’ve experienced at other Four Seasons locations.
