North Las Vegas Rental

We enjoyed staying at this home. The beds were very comfortable. The Vegas strip was about a 20 minute drive away. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. The owner allowed us to park our van in the garage.

It was clean, in a safe place, easy to get to. Windows could use an update. It sounded like the windows were open when they weren’t. Could use dishes in the cupboards. Overall it was good. I would stay there again.

Nice and safe place

Overall was a good experience. The location was easy to find, safe neighborhood with a 2 car garage. The house was very warm when we arrived, but the AC fixed that fairly quickly. No wifi instructions, but the owner helped clear that up the next morning. The fridge and freezer did not work at all. There was a musty smell, probably from the fridge. I let the owner know about the fridge right away and she said “it was working yesterday” but the puddle of water and the ice bag in the bottom of the freezer was an indication that the fridge/freezer was not working prior to us arriving. That was a frustration. The owner said they could come by and look at it, never heard anything from them about it again. The place was overall a nice place, but between the fridge/freezer and the family room furniture, not really functional for family or friends to sit around and watch tv or a movie. Once the fridge gets fixed and if the furniture were different it would be a great place to stay.

we really enjoy our stayed the house was really clean and the had everything we needed. location is super great since is really closed to several store and restaurants. very quiet location
