The house is not new and not in the best condition, but it was clean and easy to find. The amenities worked for the most part and it was a comfortable stay. We just needed a place to sleep. Instructions were all spot on. WiFi was nicely fast. I had a shift of plans where I ended up with a shorter stay than originally planned. That's where I made a strategic mistake of trying to change the reservation instead of cancelling and rebooking. VRBO customer service was actively useless and the property owner, while friendly and communicative, was not helpful. VRBO told me that owner can make modifications to the reservation. The property owner told me VRBO can make modifications. In the end, I wasted a bunch of time on the phone, got nowhere and ended up paying for a longer stay than I needed. Live and learn.

This property is well maintained and great location. It was fully equipped with everything we needed to have a fun memorable activities. The provided Wi-Fi didn't work well. However we had our own wi-fi. My father enjoyed his stay so I am very pleased

We stayed at the property for a week. It was clean, roomy, and neatly organized. Host was polite and responded quickly when messaged. Conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations and shopping centers. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Vegas

Much larger than you imagine

We booked with three months in advance. Isaac immediately gave me a call and went over everything and did the same ahead of and during check in. We arrived 4 hours before check in and the cleaner was advised to let us in to leave our bags, and we were allowed (although we weren't ready) that we could check in two hours earlier. The ONLY area for opportunity, and I say this as a CSM, is to communicate via messaging, even if for simple peace of mind correspondence ahead of check in. With that, Isaac was brilliant communicating over the phone and we had a brilliant stay. The property was convenient, quiet for our family of 7, Roku in every room, abundantly stocked kitchen, pe fect AC, (aged) but working grill (could use a clean - but not a deal breaker by any stretch. Pool was used once my kids said the chlorine was a bit heavy, they are both pro swimmer and swim regularly so I differ to them here. Parking was a breeze for our Tesla Model Y, just inside the gate - secure, and the pin access to the house made worrying about keys the entire trip a non issue. Like I said, we had a great time, our party loved the home, everything was easy. We're moving to Vegas next year, but if we need a home during that process, this will be our first choice!! A

This home was very clean and well kept. Very convenient and had many items to make it feel like home such as snacks, coffee, bar, laundry detergent, etc.. will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Vegas

Really clean

The house was extremely clean and well maintained. We used the washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, coffee pot and BBQ and all worked well. The beds were very comfortable and all linens were spotless. This rental is in an older part of Vegas and the neighborhood was full of friendly people. We didn't use the pool because it was too cold outside but it was well kept. Our dogs loved that the backyard had turf throughout the entire yard, they had a lot of play area. The patio set was nice to have morning coffee at while the dogs played. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and casino less than a mile away. If we ever need a rental again this will be our first choice.

Older home, older neighborhood

The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed having their own space. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the dogs loved the yard. The inside of the house could use some fresh paint on a few walls and some cleaning of the vents. The TVs are Roku TVs and one was missing the remote so it only had a button for on and off, unable to select anything to watch. If you are looking for a new modern house in a new modern neighborhood this is not the house for you. For us it was perfect, we will stay again when back in Las Vegas.

Close to convention center

Easy check in, parking for 2 vehicles on property. Comfy beds. Had everything we needed. Older style home thats clean and has all the basic necessities. Would definitely come back next time we are in Vegas.
