What a disappointment! The room was DIRTY! There was still toothpaste spit on the faucet in the bathroom. There were only 3 towels, no face cloths or hand towels, no bath mat- I don't believe they even cleaned the bathroom. Yhe shower door was broken, and the shower water stank like a dirty ashtray. The door stop behind the door was stuffed with toilet paper. The elevators (all 4) had missing button covers, one had missing mechanical cover. There was a 55 gallon trash can in the hallway on the main floor to catch a drip that had been there long enough for the ceiling to be water stained. The rooms for our weekend were $400 and this was NOT even a $200/ night hotel! I even complained to the front desk the next morning and they assured me the "housekeeping supervisor" would personally make sure our room was spotless. We returned to our room later to find out they had just piled the towels on the counter. Didn't grab our dirty towels, didnt pick up the garbage we had left on the floor (only trash can was in the bathroom) and didn't even bother to remove the toilet paper from the door stop! DISGUSTING!

Overall, the property itself is ok, however, I was put in the Tower which is newer room, as per the clerk , when I checked in. It’s nice that she upgrades my room, but it was the most terrible room , I was out in the wheelchair access easy room where the shower is so narrow and with shower curtain, instead of glass shower door. Water just over flow all over the floor.. I told the clerk how my room likes when I check out, all she said is Sorry, hopefully it won’t happen again next time. I don’t think I stay at this hotel unless they give me compensation. It’s was a terrible 2 nights .

For the price I paid of 1,200 which I included resort fees was not worth the money. Our shower overflowed and the si k. The towels were old. The whole room neefs updating badly! It was quiet and easy access to Aligant stadiums and to Excalibur Nrw York New York.

I stayed at the Luxor for 2 nights as I was in Vegas for a wedding. The room itself was very outdated. I had to request towels the same day for the room and you had to flush the toilet twice so the tissue would dispose. I can’t say if I would or wouldn’t return to this property.

Luxor is begining to show it's age. Tired and worn decoration throughout with the carpet lifting on some floors making it dangerous. Elevators frequently breaking down or out of service.
