The property itself was generally good, but I was very disappointed with the service. I had booked a Studio King room in advance, but upon arrival I was given a room with two queen beds instead. When I raised the issue, I was told that this was all that was available. I also contacted Expedia, and the only compensation offered was a $45 credit, which I found unacceptable. This was not what I expected after booking ahead of time, and it negatively impacted my trip.

The bathroom sink was rusty, no coffee maker, jacuzzi was closed. The site said they had jacuzzi. I had to walk w all my luggage up to sign in desk which was up a ramp and was quite far for an older lady. I would recommend they have at least luggage carts you could use.

Everything was good. We had an electrical hazard the last night of our stay and were forced to move rooms late in the evening. The process took way too long and we felt we weren’t properly compensated for the chargers that were destroyed due to the issue.

There was a used straw in the floor when I first arrived. Also wanted to complain about the cheap toilet paper. It was thinner than tissue paper. It was terrible. Other than that, stay was good.

I didn’t have a good experience here. The room was amazing, so I can recommend that. On day one I was woken early by adjacent rooms slamming their doors for no reason (it wasn’t the person opposite) but two rooms to the left of my room. Then they slammed their doors repeatedly 30 times in a row. On day two, early morning, the same thing happened, so I opened my door to see who was doing it and it was two teenage girls and one ran off down the corridor. I had already reported it to housekeeping by phone. Also had door slamming last night at 11pm. This morning I was woken at 2am by a woman screaming. There was banging and a man shouted at her to shut up, so I rang security cos I was scared for her safety and a man came to check. He was fast. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel ever again.
