For the most part the room was clean. We had a 1 bedroom suite. The kitchen was great except for trying to use the garbage disposal. There were bottle caps, hair and who knows what in there. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in forever. If you closed the doors to the bedroom there are massive gaps that allow you to see poeples discarded food and candy in between the walls. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. Would have expected some to be put in when the room was cleaned but nope. We opted to have the room cleaned every other day during our 5 day stay. However the room was only cleaned once despite us having the service light on. If your sensitive to perfume smells stay out of the walkway between this resort and the Palms hotel. The smell is overwhelming. While the property is a non smoking property that didnt stop people from smoking in the room next to us or in the hallways. We

Not ADA, no food, terrible customer service

I left within an hour of checking in. Room was not stocked with what was listed on the Hotels.com page—no bathrobes, broken tv, and nothing in the kitchen. no plates, utensils, cookware. there was one restaurant on premises but never got a menu for it (was also supposed to be in the room, but wasn’t). there is no other food and no casino on site. it’s all at Palms, which you have to access via a “skytube” and the moving sidewalks were not working when i was there and i’m disabled. once you’re at Palms Place you’re basically out of luck if you want to eat. people were in the valet area frantically asking every driver if they were Door Dash. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone when you call from your room and neither does the bell desk. When I went down to the front desk to voice my displeasure I was told they would give me a refund but to be out in half an hour. That was it. Get out and in a hurry. I suggest you stay somewhere else if you want a comfortable stay. If you need ADA accommodations, avoid at all costs!!

The room was phenomenal I loved the bath tub, the view, Micheal at the sierra restaurant was so great we came back every day to see him. It was small so not a ton of walking like the big chain hotels, elevators were fast, room was clean and the kitchenette was a fantastic touch.

The hotel is very nice and updated, but they lack attention to detail. We had several lightbulbs out in our bathroom which made getting ready difficult. The fan in the bathroom was also broken, so after showering we had to let the bathroom cool off before we could begin getting ready. The freezer was also broken. But despite all that we were still pleased with our stay, and would stay again! The sunrise view from our rooms balcony was unbelievable!
