My daughter and I were placed in a unit with a broken refrigerator. I notified the front desk and after notifying them a second time, maintenance came up to look at it. I was told the compressor went out and the owner of the unit needed to be contacted for it to be fixed. Our food went bad. No accommodations were made for us. The property itself is beautiful.

They stole $5,000 out of the safe and then kick me and my family for smoking but the funny thing is me and my wife don't smoke and we had small children in the room with us stole our money then got use 86 off property the house keepers hey are thieves

the one bedroom is very nice big roomy apartment hotel the shower the best shower i had in a hotel rain shower with very strong pressure i dreamed of that kind of shower planning to go back and get the same room the laguna kitchen is very nice place to have brunch chic and very nice view of the pool but very affordable love palms
