It’s a nice place but it is getting worse every time I go. This time they had taken the dishes and silverware out and you had to ask for it. The fridge was only partially working. Seems like every time I stay there they change something for the worst.

The place was definitely spacious, and although it had a Spectacular interior concept and a phenomenal 180 degree view from the corner, L shaped balcony, the apartment was not fully cleaned throughout... I had to clean the room with my cleaning products... The freezer was especially unclean. The fireplace did not work... We had to call for maintenance. We had to pay for extra towels if needed, which was surprising and unconventional. Would we stay again?? Yes but I would set expectations upfront for a 5 star experience...!

My room was ok. One of the TVs in the room didn't work (stuck on an Input with no signal and I could not change it), one lamp lightbulb was broken, and I found a few bugs near the sink in the bathroom. Bar was nice with a good happy hour. I was there for work, so spent little time in the room. Otherwise I probably would have requested a different room.

The first room we were given did not have a working hot tub. The staff was helpful in moving us but placed us in a room that didn't have balcony access. They offered to move us again but at this point we had already unpacked our bags and would have had to pack up again. It would have been nice if they would have asked us if we were ok with being in a room that did not have balcony access as some of the other rooms do have balcony access. I usually wouldn't mind not having balcony access but we had a great view of the strip and being able to have access to the balcony would have elevated our stay. Side note make sure if you stay here you run the hot tub with dish soap first. We did and there was a lot of debris that came out making us feel like the tub itself wasn't cleaned very well .

First stay at the Palms

I get away every month, if I like the place I return sometimes twice . That was the case with the Palms. After the first night I stayed another. If my calendar will allow it I might even return next week. Great place !
