Room needs updating. TV not working, broken microwave, water leaks from under the shower door. Very slippery. Furniture swore and outdated. Very uncomfortable. Front desk sort curt, reservation was not found right away. Other friends staying and there rooms were not ready.

There was very little about what we enjoyed. Several of the amenaties advertised were nOt available. Our room was not properly maintaoned and things were broken. The shower floods all the way to the toilet because the drainage is poor. Sink doesnt drain, fridge didnt work, no balcony access and more. We wanted a 4.5 star hotel and what we got felt more like a 3 star. We will not be staying here again when we come back in October.

Room was nice, clean. Only issue was we booked a suite at Palms Place, valet at Palms Place then went to check in and was told we were moved to the Ivory Tower @Palms. So my gf and i had to walk with suitcases all the way across the property through a busy casino. We got no updates,no calls or emails informing us of the room change. Not sure if our room @palms was as nice as the room we originally booked.
