I always love staying here but I fear that every year that I have come that the rooms are just not being tended too. We came across a lot of regular wear and tear that was not addressed . The wall scone behind the couch was broken and could not be adjusted to lock in place . The microwave button kept popping off and during use the hot plate didn’t spin . The jet tub kept turning on randomly through the night and when I would use it for my young child the water temperature could run hot water . One of the double sinks are clogged and slow draining .
Another minor issue we had was that it seemed as if their notes system was not saving or consistent . When we checked in I asked about late check out and the agent said she would be able to let us check out at 12 and if I needed later to call in day of after 8 . I did just that , and that the agent told me dismissively that we didn’t have late check out and that we would need to pay additionally for even later than 12 . As long as I’m not charged for that mishap I’m fine .
Other than that the staff is pretty friendly for most part . The bed was very comfortable
