The governing document of our shared ownership LLC is “The Operating Agreement”, which sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of it, you must be assigned an ownership interest % in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with the right to use the property. Full disclosure of all our policies are in the LLC’s Operating Agreement.
